4. Shipping Policy (Matches Final Shipping Policy)
We aim to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and on time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
For personalized jewelry, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipment.
Shipping Options
Free Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days – Free
Priority Shipping: 5–8 business days – $6.95 USD
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days – $14.95 USD
All orders include tracking.
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and you receive your tracking confirmation.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or carrier delays.
Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Customers selecting Express + Insured Shipping are fully covered for loss or theft during transit.
Luvella is not responsible for packages shipped via Free or Standard Shipping once marked as Delivered by Australia Post.
Delays & Liability
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
While we are not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are always happy to assist in resolving delivery issues. Please contact us at support@luvella.us if you experience any concerns.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items in original, unworn condition.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Earrings and hygiene-related items are final sale for safety reasons.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Inspect items upon delivery.
Report damaged or faulty items to support@luvella.us with a photo. Luvella will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before production begins. Contact support@luvella.us immediately. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Luvella. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luvella is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products or the website. Liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund of defective products.
