Shipping Options

 

  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days – Free (for orders over 120$)

  • Priority Shipping: 5–8 business days – $6.95 USD

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days – $14.95 USD

All orders include tracking.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your parcel using the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@luvella.us within 7 days of delivery.

For orders with Express + Insured Shipping, coverage is included for loss or theft during transit.

For Standard Shipping orders, we will work with the carrier to investigate any delivery issues and assist you as best as possible.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out – we are happy to assist.
